What is a cached profile lookup?
Once we've built a personality profile for someone, you can pull it up again unlimited times at no extra cost on any paid plan. Re-check a prospect before a follow-up call, share it with a teammate, review it before a negotiation — it's always there.
What data do you use to build profiles?
We analyze publicly available information only — LinkedIn profiles, published content, public bios, and professional activity. We never mine private emails, and we never require the profiled person to take a survey.
How accurate are the profiles?
Our DISC assessments match self-reported assessment results approximately 80-85% of the time. Users consistently tell us the depth and actionability of our reports exceeds what they expected from public data alone.
What happens when I hit my monthly profile limit?
You can purchase additional profiles at your plan's overage rate, or upgrade to a higher tier. You'll never lose access to profiles you've already generated — cached lookups are always unlimited on paid plans.
Can I use the API directly?
